Mark is our senior Property Manager and a fully licensed residential property sales consultant. He currently manages a portfolio of 150 executive properties within gated complexes, oversees the management of our growing rental portfolio within the Robina, Mudgeeraba and Varsity Lakes areas and was the previous Resident Manager at Jacaranda Villas estate. He has an enviable reputation as a relationship builder. He uses his exceptional customer service and negotiation skills to effectively manage the interests of all stakeholders: investor owners, tenants and resident owners throughout the sales or property selection process. Mark was born in New Zealand then lived in Sydney for five years in the 1990s before settling on the Gold Coast in 2001. His work experience includes ten years of sales and call centre management within large nationwide companies.
