Having established and grown two large engineering enterprises in Perth, Western Australia, whilst developing a personal commercial and industrial property portfolio, John decided to enter the real estate industry in a sales and management capacity. As an existing landlord he researched the property management industry carefully and decided to purchase the management rights at Villas Tijuana in Robina and quickly became an integral member of the Bayview Team. John’s entrepreneurial flair and decisive business development approach adds value to the growth of the Bayview business. He is respected for his drive and open, honest communication with his clients and his analytical ability has assisted many property investors as they grow their portfolios. Having engaged Glen and Lindsay Williams as resident managers at Villas Tijuana, John is currently located in Perth where he is extending the marketing reach of the Bayview business.
