She brought with her 25 years experience in property and business sales throughout Australasia and America, expertise in franchise development and sales, an entrepreneurial flair for marketing and a reputation for building winning teams. When relocating from New Zealand to Australia Jan and her partner, George, purchased the management rights business at the exclusive Eastlake estate in Robina and quickly won the respect of their resident and investor owners and tenants. Jan has willingly shared her property management knowledge with clients considering management rights purchases and her expertise has been invaluable to many new managers. But Jan's vision has always been to build a uniquely-positioned boutique real estate company known for its commitment to its clients and associates.
