We are delighted to welcome Ray and Marie to our team as our resident managers at Eastlake estate. Having previously managed a large estate in Brisbane, they bring with them comprehensive property management experience as well as a wide range of managerial, administrative and organisational skills built during their previous careers. Marie changed her career path when she moved to Australia five years ago; she was formerly a tax officer with the New Zealand Tax Department. Her strong work ethic, her attention to detail and ability to maintain clear lines of communication ensure she provides outstanding customer service. Ray has developed strong communication skills in the many managerial positions he has held and during time spent as a private investigator in New Zealand. His practical skills, his love of the outdoors and his ability to organise our trade contractors mean he “gets the job done” and stays on top of property maintenance issues. Their enthusiastic, friendly, competent approach to all aspects of property and body corporate management and their commitment to Eastlake has earned the respect of our landlords, tenants and resident owners.
