Coomera and Upper Coomera

This area has been identified by State Government and the Gold Coast City Council for new satellite suburban growth and in the past decade the residential development has expanded rapidly. The population in the area is expected to multiply to about 80,000 over the next 20 years.

Situated on the Northern Gold Coast, approximately 26kms from Surfers Paradise home owners are ideally positioned mid-way between the Gold Coast and the Brisbane area.

Coomera, offering substantial opportunity for waterfront living, lies on the opposite side of the Coomera River to Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island whilst Upper Coomera lies to the west of the Pacific Highway. The suburbs are very different from each other and this is reflected in home values.

The Coomera railway station and a number of schools already service the area and major infrastructure is under development.
