Helensvale

Helensvale was originally established as a modern residential development in 1974 when the Albert Shire Council approves the development of 2,700 houses on 800 hectares. This master plan set new standards for subdivisions on the Gold Coast and Monterey Keys became the hub of the northern waterways and development grew with the introduction of the Helensvale Railway Station and the associated link to employment in Brisbane.

Located close to the Pacific Highway and less than half an hour from the heart of the Gold Coast, Helensvale boasts several theme parks and an array of housing from standard units and duplexes through to luxury waterfront and acreage properties.
