Jan and Mark Grover helped us through every step, not only with our purchase but with advice on enrolling for the REIQ course and help in filling out all the forms for different government departments, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Two weeks before we took up our new positions, Jan introduced us to Liane Engwirda, Sales and Marketing Executive and Business Development Manager for Bayview International. From our first day, Liane has been on hand to help me with every aspect of setting up our new office.

On day one I had very limited knowledge of computers and had never sent a fax or an email. She has set up our filing system and database of owners and tenants. In between all of this she has managed to teach me how to fax and email. Without her help and teaching I would not have the confidence and knowledge to be happy in what I am doing.

There are still many things I need help with and it is comforting to know Liane is only a phone call away and always happy to help. My advice to anyone coming into this business for the first time is, do yourself a favour and get to know Liane, as she will be the best asset your new business has in your first few weeks.
